Technical Customer Support Analyst

Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: would consider both full-time hours (37.5) or part-time to suit different work/life balance needs
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience

About the role: 

We are looking for a bright Technical Customer Support Analyst to become part of our small, friendly customer support team. Effective customer support is an essential part of our business success. We build strong relationships with customers and through reliability and consistency ensure customer confidence remains high.

This is an exciting fast-paced entry level opportunity that will suit an individual who is passionate about technology, is keen to support customers and enjoys problem-solving. If you have a keen interest in apps and mobile technology, that will also be an advantage!

About you: 

To be successful in this role you will be technically inquisitive with a desire to be a product expert. You will have robust analytical abilities, strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Software/development skills are advantageous and further training will be available. Polite, confident, professional manner essential.
