About the role

The Junior IT Client Relationship Manager acts as a primary business contact for all clients; finding out what information, products, services or IT solutions the customer requires to meet their business needs and translating their interests internally with production, development and technical teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be a strong negotiator and have the ability to take the lead. You will need to be flexible as there may be travel involved. Experience working within the IT or financial services industry is essential to support our clients and deliver IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs
  • Maximising sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Assisting in the sales process when necessary
  • Providing clear, accurate and relevant information to our technical/project teams

Job Specification

Essential:

Desirable:
