Job Scope

We are looking for a determined and aspiring new team member to help support our customers, as we continue to grow globally. Reporting to the Team Leaders, you will be given training and continued support to achieve your personal career goals and individual ambitions.

As a Trainee Client Support Analyst, you’ll be given numerous responsibilities such as raising incidents, investigating incidents and communicating back the results of your investigations to clients and internal stakeholders.

The working hours for this role are shift based and after an initial training period will be covering one of two static shifts between the hours of 7am to 7pm on a Monday to Friday basis.
