About the role:
The Business Analyst will act as the primary business contact for clients; dealing with customer queries and managing expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs. You will maximize sales opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process with new customers where necessary.

You will work closely with customers to gather, interpret and document their business requirements. You will analyse these requirements and document and propose solutions to meet them, using your problem solving and communication skills. You will produce detailed functional specifications that will drive the design, development and test phases of projects that deliver the solutions.

You will use your excellent communication skills by providing clear, relevant information liaising with our developers to deliver these solutions in an elegant fashion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and growing team.

About you:

  • Experience of working within the IT or Financial Services Industry
  • Degree level education achieving a grade of 2:1 or above
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • A good understanding of the project life-cycle
  • Highly organised and the ability to take the lead
  • Exposure to business analysis process and methodologies, such as process mapping desirable
  • The ability to explain complex information in simple terms desirable

You may have experience of the following: Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Junior Business Analyst, Graduate Business Analyst, Project Management, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Analyst, etc.
