Sword Apak
Wholesale Floorplanning Summit, June 30th Hampton Court
Sword Apak would like to thank everybody who attended our Wholesale Floorplanning Summit which took place at Hampton Court on June 30th.
The day proved a successful occasion for Senior Business and IT professionals working in the Wholesale Finance industry. Contributions included presentations from Thomas Weltrowski- Daimler Financial Services, Colin Maddocks- Mazda Europe, Graham Prestedge- Santander and Chris Sullivan- Royal Bank of Scotland who provided their expert opinions and views on best practice in Floorplanning Finance.
The summit continued in the afternoon with a 'User Group' session which saw the results of Sword Apak's 'Customer Satisfaction Survey' presented by CEO, Tony Allen. Valuable insight was also provided by Sales Director, James Powell who talked about the future strategy and product development for Sword Apak's market leading Wholesale Floorplanning System, 'WFS'.
To reference the event, the enclosed 'Post Summit Report' has been created as a summary of the main issues raised and discussed by delegates. The document focuses on the topics presented by banks and captives during speaker presentations as well as the subsequent roundtable sessions which took place to address the key business and technical system requirements for wholesale floorplanning in automotive finance- with particular focus on North America.
We believe the summit offered an invaluable opportunity for interactive dialogue between Sword Apak and its clients, potential clients and business partners. Sword Apak takes great pride in its policy of 'continuous product improvement' and 'strategic product development' driven by our customers' priorities. The feedback provided by those who attended the conference will therefore prove vital in helping us to achieve our business goals and objectives, so that we remain a leading supplier of customer focused and future proof global floorplanning technology.
In the meantime, here is a selection of photos taken at the event for people to enjoy.
