Abbey Business’s Vendor Finance division implements Sword Apak’s Electronic Proposal System (EPS)
Abbey Business’s Vendor Finance division has implemented new 'e-Proposal' software, supplied by financial system specialists, Sword Apak. Sword Apak’s Electronic Proposal System (EPS) provides 'Vendor Finance' with a Broker / Dealer focused solution, enabling its intermediary partners to conduct business transactions online and in real-time.
EPS interfaces to the existing Vendor Finance lease management system, also supplied by Sword Apak. The new browser based software eliminates the need for Abbey staff to re-input proposal information into the back office system and enables credit underwriting decisions to be automatically passed back to business partners via the web interface.
Sword Apak’s EPS solution supports online PDF document production, priority underwriting and management information for proposals that are processed. EPS also extracts real-time information from the back office administration system to give an online view of the 'Introducer’s' live lease book.
