Sword Apak joins up with 21 Grams to provide ground breaking postal optimisation service
Sword Apak is delighted to announce a new strategic relationship with 21 Grams, a postal management company. Together, both suppliers will offer a unique and ground breaking solution which can save customers up to an additional 15% on their current postal tariff.
Creating strategies to reduce an organisation’s postal expenditure is crucial in today’s climate as these costs account for 65% of the total outlay for each customer communication posted. With combined software offerings, Sword Apak and 21 Grams bring a depth and breadth of experience to the high volume mail preparation, sortation and optimisation market that will allow organisations to successfully leverage postal deregulation in the UK and maximise postal cost savings.

Provided as a unified solution, Sword Apak’s mailsort software and 21 Grams iSort server software enable customers to take full advantage of either single postal carrier/multiple tariffs or multiple postal carriers/tariffs. The proposed joint offering is the first to bring an optimisation platform that leverages the variety of UK postal tariffs available since postal deregulation in the UK. It can also coexist within an organisation’s transactional mail creation processes without impacting production.
