Third party online access is provided for suppliers, manufacturers, brokers, dealers and auditors in order to facilitate partner self service. Sword Apak’s advanced GUI web system is accessed via a web browser which has been designed to allow third party users to manage their business more effectively, removing the need to contact the finance company administration team with queries relating to their account. Real-time information relating to funded stock, credit line utilisation, fees and payments is presented to the user with the filter, sort and drill down capability for operational reporting and management information purposes.

The supplier or dealer is able to request funding, subject to pre-defined funding criteria, for used units, review the status of previous funding requests and trigger payments back to the finance company for sold units. Stock location and unit transfer capability is also available.
